Its extremely clean and organized, the staff so so helpful and speak english fluently, they are always smiling and seeking to help you, the swimming pool and jacuzzi were astonishing, and the price worths it.

This hotel is amazing! Very new, clean and with great SPA facilities. Location is also great - 10 minutes away on foot from the main streets of Tirana. Staff are very kind and professional and helped us with a lot of our questions that we had. I would say this is one of the best hotels I have ever been to in terms of price-quality ratio, cleanliness and professionalism of staff. Thank you for making our stay in Tirana so awesome!

Amazing breakfast, all home made, fresch. Manager aproach is unique, making sure you have everything you need all the time. If you miss something, ask and hotel staff will provide 🙂 Rooms basic but very clean, totally satisfying for very affordable price.

I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me from my original room on the second floor to the luxurious top suite on the eighth floor, boasting breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
