It has probably seen its best days as of now but you can feel it is a 5 star hotel and everyone makes an effort to live up to being a small grand hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff wonderful and the location is perfect. I liked the turndown service. All of this at a reasonable price which is why I think it is the best option for this money in Yerevan and definitely much nicer than the high rated 4 star hotels.

It was a wonderful experience for me! The building and furniture are completely new and super clean. The staff were really helpful and kind, specifically Narek and Hermineh helped me so much and i appreciate their cooperation! The breakfast was delicious and served properly. I also had 2 dinners at the restaurant and both were delicious with reasonable price.

Wonderful experience. Great location, tasty breakfast, perfect hot jacuzzi, very nice staff, due to early check out they offered boxed breakfast. We had a lovely spacious room with a huge bed and nice bathroom.

I felt the luxury without the stuffiness. Rather good location (close to the main square, walking distance). Gym was open 24/7. Nice wellness center with saunas.

    The spa was definitely an important asset during our stay, since it was very hot in the country and thanks to the pool and the Turkish bath and sauna we were able to take a breath and relax. The staff was very friendly. Especially our friend Varuzh, always receiving you with a smile and ready to help. The very complete breakfast, good in relation to the price of the room. Thanks guys for the stay.

    The hotel is ideally located in the center of the city on the main pedestrian street of Erevan. Very calm. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. The hotel staff is very helpful and kind. They can suggest you the best places to eat or have a coffee and make reservations for you. The Spa is amazing. We had several massages that were amazing and very relaxful after a long day of walking in the city. Breakfast is delicious and the view from the terasse is beautiful.

    Excellent room, good breakfast, lot of meals. Pool, sauna and spa included in. They have a massage for additional fee. Modern renovation, big bathroom with shower and nice smell in room and halls! Highly recommended to stay here. Please add omelette to breakfast =)
