Had a great stay at the hotel for one week. The staff was very friendly and helpful to organise some things for me. I loved the breakfast buffet: every day, there was a different type of cake, each tastier than the previous one. The location is 20-25 minutes walk from the center. The family house is very beautiful and well maintained, everything is clean. The hosts are very welcoming and warm, they help you with everything you need. The breakfast was simple but very good. We received recommendations for good restaurants in the city and beyond. From the terrace you can see Mount Ararat. Parking on the street without problems. Thank you for everything!
