Food, and overall atmosphere were great. Stuff is professional and helpful (and all were women!). Swimming pool was amazing, great for children; sauna too. Wonderful playground for children, conveniently located near the restaurant and reception.

The personel is trying real hard to please to guests. The hotel is very lovely, the spa with saunas and a pool is superb. The location right next to a ski lift and a ski slope is great, with just a few steps away. The food in hotel is great and a special free soup which you get in a mountain hut on the skiing area (as a hotel guest) is a great bonus.

Hotel Trattlerhof enjoys a scenic location on the edge of the forest, close to the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim.

A lovely family hotel with comfortable, clean rooms. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel also offers saunas and a small gym, which was great to use. Location is also great, it is nearby two cable cars. It also offers warm and spacious storage for ski equipment.
