The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city. We were welcomed by the owner of the hotel, who explained all the necessary things and we also learned about the possibilities, which we had no idea about when we booked the hotel. Everything was taken care of and everything we could think of (even outside the hotel services) could be arranged at the hotel reception. And as a bonus, the breakfast was famous.

Enjoying a scenic and quiet location on the outskirts of Kaprun, these spacious apartments are only 1 km away from the village centre and 1.5 km from the Maiskogelbahn Cable Car.

Check in was quick.Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful explained and showed the unit to us.Room is spacious and clean with complete kitchen and tableware set,oven and dishwasher.We are travelling with small kids and the ground floor unit has a garden which the kids can just play in the snowy garden.Our room is facing the main road and has the mountain view as well.Plenty of parking options either behind the hotel or underground.Location is great with next door BILLA supermarket that has fresh produce on daily basis and nearby to the 3k connection cable car kaprun center.Breakfast basket provided daily which has eggs,cheese,juices,fruits and nespresso capsules.Overall great facility with amazing view.Great job to the staff overall and thank you for the colouring goodies for the kids on checkout as well.

It's an understatement to say that this hotel is excellent. From check-in to departure, everything was excellent. Accommodation, food, staff, facilities... everything really. Big praise for the girl Maja from the reception. A very kind and positive person ready to help at any time. The hotel is located in the center of Kaprun. All the necessary facilities are in the hotel, and everything else can be found within a few hundred meters. The hotel's gym is available 24/7. An exceptionally rich breakfast as well as the evening meal. I was also pleasantly surprised that you also have a snack available in the afternoon after skiing. I will definitely be back again.

This family-run 4-star hotel enjoys a scenic, quiet location just a 5-minute walk from the village centre of Kaprun and from the picturesque Kaprun Castle. It comes with a restaurant.

The room is spacious- very important if you come for a ski-vacay :) it was warm (maybe a bit too warm at night) and very clean. The sauna ist great (3 different temperatures and a steam room) and it was not too busy. We also really enjoyed the "silent room". The stuff is polite, kind and ready to help. The local white wine we had for dinner was top, so until the next time 🥂

The area The view Hotel staff The owners From house service to the owner, everyone was so helpful and friendly.. anything you need they will help u out i was there with my 6 months old baby anything i needed for me baby like hot water make baby food hot or keep food in kitchen freezer they never said no kitchen staff is so humble and helpful they are real heros from breakfast shift to the night shift ones every one play there part very well the owner gave us Table fan as there is no AC or fan in rooms.
