Very clean, comfortable hotel with a great pool and spa area to soothe muscles after a day in the mountains. Breakfast buffet was very good and staff were welcoming.

This is a beautiful hotel with character which is very close to the centre of Seefeld and the railway station. The host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size with a pleasant balcony. Breakfast was superb and very well presented. We cannot fault this hotel and highly recommend it for a stay in Seefeld.

We were looking for a pastoral place to settle in Austria. Seefeld looks like one. We arrived at the hotel without any special expectations. And we got to heaven. Everyone, without exception, welcomed us with warmth and a smile. The breakfast is amazing, the dinner? It is impossible to describe how delicious and served as in a Michelin restaurant. Tony the waiter was wonderful, Jana at reception great. The most amazing hotel we have stayed in in our lives and we travel all over the world. We can't wait for the next time we come here. I need to contact booking.com because I’m trying to give a higher score then 10. This place is magic. Host Victoria makes you feel comfortable, makes you feel home. She’s always there to answer your questions with a smile. She’s always there to check on you and ask if you need anything. She’s the sun in the house. She’s sharing things, she has humor, she’s making sure you are fine. Combine that with an extraordinary spa in the basement, with a splendid and royal breakfast each morning, with tips and tricks of things to do and things to visit, and you’ll love it. On top of that, Victoria doesn’t mind to prepare you some snacks or tapas, if you let her know in advance. She’s just amazing. She will surprise you. This place is amazing! 11 points! 5 stars.
