It was our second time here for a 4-day ski trip. Very good breakfast, wellness area with sauna is included. You have ski room, playroom for kids, nice staff. We will come back.

I stayed in the hotel with my family during the ski season and I am absolutely delighted. The hotel is primarily in a great location, the meals are generous and very tasty. We stayed in a family room, which is very spacious and comfortable, most importantly with very comfortable beds. The staff exceeds all expectations, helpful, friendly and very accommodating on every occasion, especially Alexsandra and Mirela. Top family hotel for a perfect vacation!

Great service, the staff goes beyond the expectations to provide a great service. The rooms facilities are a bit tired, still in the mid-80s. The food quality and the staff commitment absolutely compensates for that.

The place was perfect! Everything we needed we either had or received immediately uponrequest. The room was equipped more than I would have ever expected- kitchen , toiletries and all Clean, close to Flachau center and to many attractions in the area. Breakfast was fresh, good and very diverse.
