All around, we had an amazing stay. Have to specifically commend Ms. Artemis who accommodated a special request even though she was alone at check-in. Truly someone who goes above and beyond to ensure we were more than happy. Staff was great overall, very attentive and genuinely friendly - rare find in Europe. The food was excellent from presentation to taste. SPA was excellent, too. Nothing we disliked.

It was fantastic!From the moment we entered the hotel everybody was super nice and friendly. Breakfast is excellent and being able to choose the dinner menu among few options was a great plus. The room was a good size and super clean. And the spa exceeded our expectations. Aroma infuse sauna everyday that Patric makes was an amazing experience. this hotel was just what we needed.

    The receptionist was very kind and well trained. We wanted the room with a balcony and he arranged it without any problem. I also liked the size of the room, the sauna, and the pool. The food was quite good, the dinner could be a little bit better, some dishes were basic and portions were really small. The breakfast was very good. The sauna was very good, it was big and clean, there was also a selection of tea, nuts and water always available. The location of the hotel is perfect. A ski depo was great.

    breakfast was good, storage for skies was good, the hotel is practically on ski slopes. Very clean. Big room, with extra space for closet. Great saunas!

    Location is great for both the skiing activities and the apres-ski fun. Food: good selection for breakfast and Dinner even better! Very creative menu and deliciously prepared food of different choices. Well done! Staff very kind and Special thanks to Ms. Patrizia and Mr. Helmut - both very professional and making extra mile for the guest's well-being! Great facilities such as spa / sauna, swimming pools (in/outdoor), lobby bar, etc. Parking in front of the hotel, or in nearby garage! All is well organized.

    Great staff, allowed us to change and shower after the skiing even though we already checked out. Hotel is on the ski track, and they have great locker rooms where you can leave your ski boots to dry off. Spa after the cold day is great, especially hot tube outside. Great breakfast and dinner, nice lobby bar with excellent cocktails (strawberry mojito is one of the best I tried) and fun games like table football or pool table, just pure enjoyment
