The staff were accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the adjoining SCC shopping mall had great food options. The pool and sauna were also amazing.

Amazing place to stay. Hosts were so friendly and communicative. Bed comfy. House has an amazing view up a hill, some days we rush home so we can catch sunset at home! So glad we stayed here.

Certainly did not regret decision to get back to hotel Krone. Very nice and forthcoming welcome and reception, also taking care of early breakfast and providing complementary airport transfer at 5 AM in the morning. Hotel obviously relatively distant from central Sarajevo but located close to the airport in a nice historic park environment. Noise from the airport was much less than originally expected, on both sides of the building.

The room includes breakfast. I have never seen in my life such a rich breakfast offer like here. The room is clean and very spacious. Towels, slippers, bath robes, hangers everything was right there. Elevators way too many, you never had to wait. Although the hotel seemed almost fully booked, the rooms are quiet. No noisy neighbors, you can sleep very well here. They had parties almost every night at the conference area, so if you arrive late to the parking lot, it could be difficult to find an empty spot. Parking is free of course, I was here around the end of the year, it explains all the parties. Again, despite the parties the hotel is quiet. SPA is excellent, bar is excellent, and everyone at this hotel was very friendly and helpful.

The architecture is really cool, and we love the room, it was spacious and comfortable, we would like to back in winter time because is very cosy, the food from their restaurant is delicious and we pay the breakfast and it was complete. If we back we will choose this hotel.
