The location is perfect. It's on a quiet street and walkable to the centre of old town. The apartment itself is modern and clean with all the amenities provided. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room. Made for a great start to the day. The room is large with plenty of natural light, I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Residence 9 Bruges.

Our accommodations were on the third floor, beautifully designed spacious area with private deck. Our hostess communicated quickly and was very accommodating with all our request. We received a lovely bottle of sekt ( much appreciated after a long drive ) and mini frig had both still and bubbly cold water. Located in a quiet residential area, free parking on street near accommodations. Our hostess recommended a lovely burger establishment within walking distance thru a beautiful forested area. Breakfast was amazing; so many options in our picnic basket.

The property was located on the second floor but had a lift and the decor was clean and modern. The room was very spacious and warm with lovely dimmer lights. The shower exceeded all expectations with six water outlets. Breakfast changed slightly every day, was made up of many tiny dishes providing a lot of choice and tea, coffee and water was free 24/7. The king size bed was very comfortable and the tv had lots of channels. It was very quiet and the hosts worked very hard to accommodate everyone’s needs. A really beautiful bed and breakfast property and well worth a 10.

Once built as a private mansion in 1869 and later in the hands of bankers, this magnificent 19th century classical building has been renovated and converted into the Relais & Châteaux Hotel Heritage.

Beautiful room, very clean and updated. Staff was very friendly. They delivered water to us, made all the beds, and really made the experience a step up from most other hotels.

The hotel is in a charming old villa. It is in very good condition and looks as if it was painted newly. Parking on site in a closed off area with a steel gate. Modern rooms. In walking distance of the charming old town square.

Many thanks to the staff of this hotel. We were greeted very cordially. They called a taxi back. The hotel is very cozy. It felt like this was our home. Fabulous interior. It felt like living in the Middle Ages. We came to the international doll exhibition Thank you very much to the hotel for the positive emotions. I left a very pleasant impression of the city.
