The apartment we booked was comfortable and intimate. All spaces were clean and we appreciated we could here the river in the morning. Breakfast was excellent, variate and tasty. We will definetly come back next time.

Excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton! The hotel is in perfect shape, new, comfortable, all facilities work and are maintained perfectly. Small,clean rooms,functional with all needed amenities. We enjoyed the wellness center, I especially loved the sauna with a view. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options. The lobby bar serves excellent cocktails, and the Christmas ambiance gives the hotel a special charm during winter. The staff were wonderful and helpful throughout our stay! Also the location is central so you could get anywhere by foot if the weather is okay :) I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back for a future stay!

The room was very large and clean, met all our requirements. The hotel staff was kind and pleasant, they helped us a lot with everything we asked for, and even offered us an extended stay at a cheaper price (due to the situation in our country). The hotel is close to everything in Bansko, the parking is right in front of the hotel entrance, and the view from the room is really beautiful.
