Hotel is simply incredible. Rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Location was also perfect.Service by all the staff was incredible special mention to the concierge Robert who went above and beyond in assisting with all our queries. Other notable mentions were the reception/front desk staff member think that her name was Faminah ( cannot remember her exact name) she was extremely kind and helpful and was an excellent face of the hotel. Everything about this hotel speaks of professionalism and comfort! Professional and efficient staff, quiet, clean, well appointed rooms with extremely comfortable beds. The adjoining rooms makes for great family stays. We had the large pool and hot tub to ourselves which was an added bonus that we greatly enjoyed! We will definitely be back!

Food was tasty but often served only lukewarm. Service in restaurant was a bit slow. The people at the front desk, however, were the best. I cannot rate them highly enough. A very enjoyable place to stay.
