Best location and great services. What stands out is the availability of services. Everything is thought of. From the parking ticket, the pass for the gondolas, the bus ticket etc…. Very attentive staff They also let you use the swimming pool after check out. Room was very clean Breakfast buffet was very good

The place is on top of a mountain we were amazed about the beautiful hotel The best prt was that the last day of my vacay i didnt fell so well and the woman in reception was helping me to reach the hospital plus she even gave me the private car of the hotel to drive to the emergency. Fabulous view of the mountain from the balcony. Newly renovated with a wellness centre that has salt steam room and herbal sauna. Very relaxing. Even has snacks and water available after your spa experience. The service staff was efficient, professional and tried their very best to cater to my requests. Loved my stay.

The location is stunning. It’s surrounded by the mountains, hiking trails start right behind the property. It’s all very woody and spacious. The staff is outstandingly friendly and like I said in the title I have never felt my dog so welcomed. They even made a reservation for me and her at the restaurant (whereas most places don’t allow dogs in the restaurants). That‘s the main reason for the high rating. The dinner menu was exquisite. I also enjoyed their saunas.
