The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, warm, and home-like, making us feel as though we were visiting family or friends. The hotel itself is a one-of-a-kind retreat, offering a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and convenience. Its prime location, directly opposite the train station, makes exploring the city effortless, with easy access to transportation, including the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service throughout the day. The culinary experience was equally delightful, as we relished breakfast and lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, under the direction of a new Italian chef. The exquisite dishes brought us immense pleasure and left a lasting impression

I think it was our one of the best experiences while travelling in general. The breakfasts were fantastic, nature was fantastic, and the view was also fantastic. We were absolutely happy. I do recommend taking the premium rooms as they are on the 3rd and 4th floors and you will have the view of the mountains - it is priceless. My husband and I will definitely come back again next time - 100%. Good job, hotel.

I liked the location- it was so easy to move around! Hotel room was exactly as in the photo and it was lovely for single occupancy. The breakfast was amazing, I truly enjoyed it!

The room was huge as it was on two levels. Downstairs there was a living room with table, chairs and coffee machine and a bathroom. Upstairs there was the bed and a telescope to see the mountains. The room and the hotel were beautifully designed. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The restaurant had good food. Breakfast was also very delicious with a broad variety of foods. The spa and pool area were very nice (open till 6 pm for families and after that for adults only). The lobby and restaurant area had a great decor with outfits worn by stars and a Harley Davidson motorbike.

The room was very cozy, breakfast hall provided great views. It's a bit pity we arrived to late to check out the spa, but also without spa it seemed a good value.

The Hotel Waldhuus is located on the edge of the woods, next to the 18-hole golf course, and offers Grisons-style rooms, fine cuisine, and a large spa area.

Best hotel so far. Excellent staff on arrival, fantastic room and the Spa was wonderful. Helpful concierge and bar staff. The Spa lady was delightful.
