It was amazing. A short stay, but a wonderful one. The hotel is incredible, with a view that makes you want to stay in your room. The staff all over the hotel were amazing and helped us to get a boat and enjoy the water. Would love to come back.

Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas (truly magical), clean, amazing, top notch and helpful staff. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants (we tried them all). And also it’s very important to mention it was family friendly and kids were treat with respect and not like they are burden

everything was perfect - as my schedule was jammed and I was due to arrive at around 9am - the team responded to my "backward" booking quickly and prepared the room for my arrival! The location of the hotel and the Restaurant 'The Deck' as well as the lounge overlooking the vineyards of Lavaux is absolut fantastic. The view is magic and the food in the Restaurant is very delicious. Absolut a MUST! The staff is very friendly and we could also get a drink after dinner at the Hotel Bar.
