Stayed 3 nights in a lake view suite.Room was superb, elegantly designed.So peaceful location, firendly staff.It was nice to have free of charge Smart EV car available upon request.Definetely my kind of place and I will revisit soon.

Amazing hotel. We stayed there for my wife’s birthday and we were taken excellent care of. We had a memorable time.

We had a fantastic stay, myself, my wife and our 3 dogs (two Labrador’s and a Great Dane cross Saint Bernard). Only had to pay 100chf for the dogs in total for the night. They had also left out 3 dog beds big enough for all our dogs and a little treat bag for each of them, they were incredibly accommodating. For dog owners it’s a perfect hotel to stay at.

They say that a hotel is only as good as its staff, and I couldn't agree more. Your staff captured the heart and soul of Switzerland, and it was evident in every little detail. From the moment I stepped into your hotel, I was greeted with warm and genuine smiles. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and they did so with such grace and hospitality. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in their work. What made your staff truly unique was their ability to make me feel like family. I have been living in Switzerland for quite some time now, and I have come to know the warm and welcoming nature of the Swiss people. However, your staff took it to another level. They made my stay feel like I was visiting family, and I cannot thank them enough for that. I must mention that I was going through a tough time during my stay. It was my birthday, and I was feeling sad and lonely after a recent breakup. However, your staff's kindness and warmth made me forget all my troubles. Even the friendly band that played every night was so welcoming, and it truly touched my heart. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and congratulations to the management for having such an exceptional team. Your staff truly made my stay unforgettable, and I will always cherish the memories I made during my time at your hotel. Once again, thank you for the exceptional service and warm hospitality.
