Everything was perfect! Good communication, clear self check-in indications. The studio is nicely furnished, well located and spotless clean. All needed equipment is available and the "welcome" items were most appreciated. Highly recommend the place for a quiet and relaxing stay.

We had a great long weekend at Mad Retreat which is a brand new facility with elegantly designed chalet rooms and a superb SPA area. The hotel has a beautiful garden area in nature, a beautiful heated outdoor pool with a view of the Alps and very elegant chalet style rooms. It is located within a 10 minute walk to Haute Nendaz. The service was also great, we really enjoyed their vegetarian restaurant, the forest walk activity that we attended (there were several yoga/pilates/mediation sessions) and the super helpful and friendly staff who made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend Mad Retreat for a calm and relaxing weekend in Nendaz!

    Stayed for one night in a cozy warm studio, the sofa-bed was surprisingly comfortable. Our room also had two smaller beds. Water pressure is great. It definitely hasn't been renovated for a long time, but it has its charm. Breakfast buffet was good, and the spa was great. Loved our stay.

    The room size was really large for a flat in the résidence Les Cascades. It also has a terrace outside. The access to the bath is not always included in the price but it was for me. The baths are nice with indoor and outdoor pools and sauna/hammam. Breakfast was included but it wasn't that great tbh.

    The pool and SPA was really awesome! An amazing view from the pool! It was so exiting! However you CANNOT take the pictures there. They will ask you to leave the pool. If you want to go there don’t forget to buy the sleepers somewhere before you arrive. I liked the breakfast there))

    hot springs area is fantastic! they have lots of lifeguards and enough space in indoors and outdoors area nice two bed room apartment with a great view (southern view). You have parking right in the same building. and on the bright side - the buildings part of the complex are connected to the spa area with the tunnels. so you can walk directly in bathrobes and slippers. freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. they have free buses circulating around town to the ski lifts
