Basically everything but the highlights were: The included access to the spa, the welcoming and kind receptionist who allowed us to use the facilities the next day even we have the possibility of the check out. What an exceptional and lovely place to stay! The dutch owners are an amazing and caring couple, made our stay more personal with their good vibe. The breakfast and the coffee was plenty and delicious. The view is outstanding both from the room and the cantine. Perfect location for visiting Zermatt by car/train.
