Amazing location and experience. Superb views from balcony. Staff is great and helpful, we needed a bit medical attention, all was organized. Room was small, but sufficient. Spa is great, not large, but we were lucky to have opportunity to sunbath outside - plenty of space - cozy and nice. towels, bathrobes good quality. Good cocktails, not so expensive for Switzerland :) Great stay, walking distance to few bars, we found one store, close to hiking trails and table cars. Super quiet! Love to come back!

The location was just stunning 😍 set between the mountains and the blue waters,the hotel sure makes for one serene setting. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and well-mannered, special mention for Alex who made us feel special by going above and beyond to make our stay special. The wellness area and the surrounding area are amazing for relaxing, hiking, or just lazying around under the sun. We highly highly recommend the stay, especially for couples. We would love to go back sometime!

I booked this for my daughter and her partner. She also stayed at the Waldorf Versaille which actually had fireworks that she could see from her room overlooking the palace. Very helpful and kind staff, due to our schedule we had to breakfast early in the morning (before the opening time), there was no problem. Very clean, spacious rooms, quiet location, good restaurant. The dinner was awesome.
