The hotel is situated in a beautiful building and it is very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. All products used are of extremely high quality (soap, food). There is a spa in the hotel which one can book. The location is fabulous - just 1 minute walk from the lake and a short tram ride from the center. But the best is the super friendly staff :)!

I wanted the quiestest place I could find, and I searched lots of places on booking.com only to finally settle on this place based on previous reviews. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, the A/C was quiet, and I slept very well. The shower was great. The restaurant was awesome and the staff was friendly and helpful. I couldn't think of anything to write in the negative part of the review. If you want quiet, this is your spot.

Realy great hotel, we think the best and the greatest hotel specially the best service from Slimane El Bakall and Oleksii from the reception. Slimane is a very helpful and kind and always willing to help and guide with a best smile. We definitely recommend this hotel.

location was outstanding, staff is courteous and helpful. The view from the hotel is to "kill for". I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I plan on going back very very soon!! there is a lovely hike from the hotel and it was picturisq exploring the place. It is a beautiful respite from all the boring hotels in the city of Zurich, and it has become a part of my annual holiday plan, if not more frequently
