United StatesThe rooms all have a fabulous view with comfortable beds and nice decor. The bathroom is spacious, has excellent water pressure, and has great bath products. The historic facilities are fantastic, and the decor throughout the hotel matches the aesthetic. The pool and spa are excellent. I wish they were a little larger. Had a good massage.
Food is the real highlight, and I was happy we booked half-board. Dinner was wonderful for the quality. Back in Canada, we'd easily pay double, if not triple, for the same quality.
The location makes for a great base to explore the region. It's a few minutes outside of Puerto Natales so easy to book your own tours or grab lunch or shop in town.
