The room was new, tidy and clean. The staff members were very polite and helpful. The location was great and a very nice mall and the a lot of restaurants were in walking distance. Best of all was the free upgrade to the room with balcony. It offered great views there.

The staff, most especially Tony the concierge, another young concierge who I do not get the name of, and Kristin the bar lady, are exceptionally helpful and friendly. We could not have got around without Tony’s help. The property is very well situated, with a shopping mall full of restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well fitted out. The bar and eating areas are great.

Conveniently located in the city centre, Crowne Plaza Foshan is a walking distance to Guangfo Metro Station and close to the shopping hub. Ceramic Exhibition Centre is 13 minutes' drive away.
