The hotel managers recently opened this very nice hotel, and in spite of our late arrival, everybody was extremely helpful, and ready to serve us whatever food they had. Michelle and the rest of the staff made the best of our short visit to Guilin. They helped us organize all of our trips in the region, during a very complicated time (around the Chinese New Year). The hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes away from Guiling Bei (north) Railway station, but it's easy to take a cheap taxi to get there. The room was very comfortable and has a lovely view of the karst mountains of Guilin. From Guilin you can visit Yangshuo and Xingping either by bus or train (the train is much faster and very cheap). I really recommend this hotel to travelers who want to spend some quiet quality time in a delightful little town, surrounded by very nice people.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at an Bonjour boutique Hotel and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the delicious halal cuisine to the comfortable accommodation, friendly staff, and exceptional service, every aspect of my stay left me thoroughly impressed. First and foremost, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the mouthwatering halal meals (they prepared especially according to our culture)provided in the morning.The hosts went above and beyond to ensure that each meal was not only prepared with love and care but also represented the rich flavors of authentic Arab cuisine. The variety of dishes offered was extensive, catering to different preferences and dietary requirements. Each meal was a culinary delight that I savored to the last bite. Moving on to the accommodation, the rooms were well-furnished and thoughtfully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the comfortable bedding to the tasteful decor that reflected the local culture. The cleanliness was impeccable, which significantly contributed to the overall comfort and relaxation during my stay. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff deserve special mention. The entire team was not only friendly and warm but also genuinely dedicated to making our stay as pleasant as possible. Their readiness to assist in any way they could, whether it was arranging transportation, suggesting local attractions, or answering our queries, made us feel truly valued and pampered throughout our stay. It was evident that the staff's top priority was ensuring our satisfaction and creating a memorable experience for guests. Aside from the wonderful amenities and outstanding service.The hotel is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it provided the perfect respite from the daily grind. In conclusion, it was an exceptional stay special thanks to the staff!

This hostel is excellent. The staff takes good care of us and speaks English, which is very good. Also provided help for our tourism in Guilin, here is very good, there is a leisure trail, people are very relaxed, I think I will come back. It is commendable that the room is clean and thoughtfully prepared a rich breakfast for us, which is really a pleasant and unforgettable experience.

The whole experience was amazing. Location is the best in Guilin. Remote but on a lake and lovely to walk around it first thing in the morning or early evening. Both Melody and Cheng couldn’t have been more helpful. They assisted with trips, taxis and great advice. I also had an oil massage in my room and the therapist Huan was amazing. I wish I could have stayed longer. The building itself is very modern right on the waters edge. I will definitely be back as I found it most relaxing.

Great place with exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. I also recommend to books tours with the hotel, Qin was a great guide!

Everything. The care for the small details and the pleasant perfume

Breakfast was great,with a lot of variety,a spacious room, a large window, and it was clean. I particularly like the hotel swimming pool and gym. Friendly staff. All good,I'll definitely recommend it to everyone! 

We had a pleasant stay at The Reed Flute Retreat, we booked the Suite with a terrace for 3 nights, it had a beautiful view of fanglian pond and mountains. It's 5 mins walking distance from the Reed Flute Cave which is one of the scenic points at Guilin. It's 10 mins away from Guilin city, very easy to book the taxi from alipay or WeChat app. For breakfast they have only Chinese and Western options which are very much sufficient and we'll cook and serve. Melody is very helpful, speaks good English and very prompt I'm replying to all the queries. She even suggests the tours and helps to book. Please note this property has two resorts Heshe Lakeside Resort and Reed flute Retreat it's owned and manned by the same owner.
