Stayed 4 nights here and it was like being in paradise. Staff was exceeptional and the view from our room was like being in a movie. We had to walk 10 minutes to town which we enjoyed. Barichara was our favorite stop so far in Colombia and this was agreat spot. Only thing was our chicken on the first night was undercooked and we had to discuss with restaurant manager as we did not want to pay for a meal that we did not eat and were stressed about being sick. The reataurant chef took full responsability and in the end they did not charge us for the plate. We left a good tip

Hands down one of the best places I stayed in Colombia. Everything about it is perfect, from the rooms and lobby area to the pool. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and quiet. The staff is very friendly. Barichara itself is a charming village with old colonial architecture, and the locals are incredibly welcoming and kind.

The location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast with fresh fruit and juice every morning! Good for families with kids, little swimming pool was a blessing for the kids:-)
