AustraliaThe reception and maintenance teams were outstanding in their assistance, but several amenities fell short, including Wi-Fi, television, and corridor lighting, which suffered from malfunctioning sensors.
The advertised wellness center was also unavailable. These issues may stem from the management transition to an interim administration. Despite these shortcomings, the staff's accommodating nature was appreciated.
It is hoped that, as time progresses, these issues will become a thing of the past, given the promising nature of this new building. The location is excellent and their staff amazing.
