We’re a Swedish family and found this hotel by chance after five hours of driving, following a bumpy forest road deep into the Czech countryside. Our only requirement was a pool for our 11-year-old son – and that was met. But what truly stood out was the personal touch. At dinner, we were greeted with a printed menu in Swedish. Not perfectly translated, but perfectly thoughtful. Someone had noticed where we were from and made an effort to make us feel welcome. That small gesture made a big impact. The rooms are simple but clean, the location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A great stopover for families and a brilliant reminder that good customer experience doesn't have to be grand – just genuine.

The two ladies working there were extremely friendly and did everything they could to make my stay nice. Even though there was a language barrier we made it work and I had a nice, quick dinner and a very lovely breakfast.

What an amazing location, well equiped and in a beautiful setting, very close by skiiing slopes and activities in Harrachov. Price for rent is very decent for the amenities and location you get, where everything is foreseen. The communication with the owners also went very smooth.

Great location, very convenient layout, well equipped kitchen, very pleasant sauna. The owner was very nice, quick to respond and gave very clear instructions. All in all, highly recommended!

Nice place, new & modern building. Very well equipped. 2 parking lots, few steps from the entrance. Chalet is for approx up to 8 people (we were just 4) - enough space in rooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and 1 with shower), big table in the dinning area to accommodate all of them! Well equipped kitchen - even coffee machine , ready with coffee, all basic stuff - for washing machine, sugar, etc. Since we can in winter and luckily with quite some some, we did not enjoy the terrace, but must be great in summer. As in the kitchen, the rest of the chalet is ready for you - bed linens, towels, soap, boxes to separate the waste etc. We could not expect more!

Expectations were high. Upon entering, you are greeted by a smiling and helpful receptionist and a family atmosphere. The rooms are smaller but very cosy. The toilet is located outside the bathroom, which I very much appreciated. The bed was harder, but you get used to it. Regarding the food, I have absolutely nothing to complain about, as the quality far surpasses 5* hotels. The choice is absolutely sufficient, everyone can choose. I still remember the salmon. Yummy! :) Thank you so much for a very pleasant stay, we will definitely be back in the future. I recommend this smaller hotel to everyone. Don't be fooled by how it looks from the outside. :) You won't find a better place to stay right in the centre. Thanks again!
