Our room was spacious, clean and exactly as depicted on booking. The spa is not huge, but clean and well-designed. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a selections of bread, fresh fruit, grilled vegetables, pastry and more good stuff. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, an amazing stay!

A cozy 5 star hotel that is good for recharging the batteries ! Strong points Personnel attitude. All of them eager to help and provide 5 stars services! Special mention for Lucie that was very supportive and gave us good hints! Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

This is an amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. Lovely lady in the reception. So nice! This is a castle located in a very nice area. The road leading to the castle from the city is beautiful. Spa facilities and massage, very nice!
