Staff were very helpful when there was a mistake in the room allocation. We loved the wellness room we ended up in, and the facilities in the wellness area were fantastic. Location is lovely, tucked up in the hill away from the town. We wish we stayed for longer!

Nice, clean, cozy apartments, with plenty of space (we were 6 people). Kithchen well equipped, with enough plates/bowls/glasses etc. It was very sweet by the hosts to greet us with a welcome bottle of prosecco - and all in all communication was great. We had a mezzonine appartment with a nice terrace and a view to the mountain (with sweet goats!)

The apartment is modernly equipped, very clean, the bed is comfortable. We got a free parking place in the garage and discount on food in the restaurant. The hotel has a Spa area, it's a pity that we arrived late and didn't have time to visit. The staff is very helpful, they solved the problem we had even after their working hours. I really liked the place and the apartment, I can confidently recommend it.

Lovely hotel, good design, comfortable, with SPA zone (100 CZK per person per hour). Various breakfast! Restaurant with prices just little above average. Meals are delicious! Parking for free, also parking for electric cars. A room for drying skiis and boots.

We loved the spa, after a long walk, it was exactly what we needed. Also, meals were delicious and staffs friendly and polite.

I don't usually book all-inclusive stays as I prefer self-catering, but this was the best experience I could wish for. Breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner were all included in my room rate, all of which were super delicious and vegetarian-friendly. This was no buffet experience. The evening meals were a lá carte and served by a waiter. And all the meals were really delicious. Absolutely worth it. I was even making use of the afternoon snack, following my mountain hikes, which I initially didn't think I would do, but the closest supermarket was a 1km away, and so it was convenient to be able to eat at the hotel without worrying about shopping for food. Not being located in the very centre of the town was actually important to me as I wanted to be very close to the various mountain trails, and I definitely was!! I also wanted to avoid the bustle of the town centre. The room itself was very comfortable. Dual aspect windows made it quite special. It was quiet and peaceful. I'd easily stay there again. The staff are very friendly and communicate in German, English, Polish and Czech, of course.

Room was excellent, has a separate place for the kids. Coffee machine and separate toilet and a bath and shower. The hotel employees were really friendly, on the last day we had to check out very early so they packed for us the breakfast- very nice of them.
