Room was small but modern and clean, ensuite tip-top, quiet location, staff professional and friendly , breakfast was excellent (large selection of freshly cooked hot and cold nreakfast food, cereals, yogurts, fruit, breads and pastries, juices and tea/coffee), restaurant was open (on a Sunday late afternoon/evening) with good selection of nicely cooked traditional Czech fare, free parking was available, this part of the old town is picturesque, large Billa supermarket and modern self-service carwash available in newer part of town.

Located in Plánice, in a building dating from 2003, JEZ&SPI Plánice provides barbecue facilities and guestrooms with free WiFi. The property has a garden, as well as a terrace.
