We really enjoyed the hotel and the city. It was perfect for us. The hotel is very pleasant, the staff is kind and helpful. The family room is spacious and very comfortably organized. There were five of us and we didn't feel crowded. The beds and linens are excellent, the air conditioning is very quiet. A spacious and pleasant shower. Varied and delicious breakfast. The city is also very pleasant and we enjoyed walking around it.

Quiet and comfortable with a very local feel. Food was excellent and the option to spa (included in price with breakfast) was very welcome. Parking was free (motorbike) and they even provided overhead protection from the inclement weather.

In a word, everything! The place is beautiful! The views are to die for! The spa and pool is fantastic! But most of all the staff is unbelievable!!! Every single member of staff we encountered was amazing. Always smiling and ready to help with any and everything. A sense of humor and familiarity but always with the utmost respect.
