Loved the stylish room, it was clean and you could really feel the quallity. The shower were like new, all the hotel areas were stylish so everything was great!

Very spacious room. Comfortable for a family. There is a removable partition wall between the sections which makes it possible for the kid to sleep and for the parents to relax. Blackout curtains, small kitchen with everything needed (incl. microwave oven). A bed for the kid was prepared separately and was very comfortable. The same as the bed for the parents. The room was very clean and cleaned up daily. The personnel was very friendly and nice. Despite the very central location the room is quite quiet. Brandenburg Gates are just 20 mins walking. Metro - right accross the road. We are really satisfied with the visit!

This hotel absolutely exceed my expectations! The neighborhood was beautiful -- tree-lined streets, lots of shops and restaurants, and convenient to public transportation. The room was beautiful -- brimming with old-world charm -- and the 'business center' upgrade had TWO bathrooms (never seen that before in a hotel room), with the best shower I've ever had in a hotel! The breakfast was sumptuous, with pretty much every breakfast food you could think of. And the staff was top-notch -- especially Knute, the afternoon/night front desk person. He was exceptionally personable, funny and helpful. He recommended really good restaurants nearby, offered 'tips and tricks' for what to see and how to get around, and told us multiple stories about the city and what life was like growing up there. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone.

the room and bathroom were lovely, with great facilities and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a coffee machine in the room with free tea and coffee which I thought was great, exceptional value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Stayed here 3 separate times during our recent holiday between going to other places we loved it so much. Very friendly staff. Very nice bed. Nice breakfast. Fresh decor. Very quiet. Great location. And staff let us store our big travel bags for free multiple times for up to a week between our stays when we just took carry on bags with us.

Superb stylish hotel at a great location. The staff was very friendly and I especially liked the bar area - great for an afternoon or evening drink. Breakfast was super rich, cant fault it.
