Traveled with a dog and when I arrived the room was prepped with foot/water bowls, dog bed, and treats. Such a nice idea, and completely unexpected.

The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and resourceful. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was delightful, especially the freshly baked pastries, with plenty of healthy options available. The sauna was a pleasant feature. Additionally, the toiletry products provided, such as shampoo, were of good quality. Bathrobes were not provided in the room, but they, along with slippers, could be requested from the reception.

Nice peaceful location. Facilities, rooms, staff, breakfast and cafe were all great. Very relaxing. 5/10 min walk from train station to town or bikes to hire nearby to cycle round the lake or in to town.

Everything was excellent - from the size of the room over the excellent bed to the food and the lovely staff. Furthermore, they really mean it when they say that dogs are welcome - and the huge surrounding forest makes for great walks. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
