The location is outstanding, with all the comfort one can expect. The dinners were fabulous, very different from the "average" schnitzel one can get in Germany. The service by Cara was perfect and friendly. There are 2 pools, multiple saunas, a well equipped fitness room, and a fabulous garden away from city noises.

Hotel is the most enjoyable and pristine property we stayed at. They even have their own private park with deers and you can feed the graceful animals. The attention to detail and aesthetics of the hotel, spa, park, restaurant and all the facilities, rooms - is superb. For the child - there was a little bathroom robe and cute set of toiletrees in the room. Each room is unique and a candy for the eye. Tranquility, harmony and joy - is the vibe here. Breakfast, lunch and dinner and high tea time at a Michelin star restaurant. Honestly, it's a dream come true! And the stuff - people are exceptionally well trained, professional, kind and attentive. We have memories for life and will definitely come back again and again!

Excellent atmosphere kind helpful staff

Great hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights in a Superior Double Room with Lake View and Balcony for about 1275 euros and we were extremely pleased. The hotel is very central, and the building is beautiful and charming. It’s one of the main buildings in Titisee and it’s very well kept, and the gardens are also beautiful. We pleased to note that parking was easy. They give clear instructions on how to find the parking lot and there are plenty of parking spots, and wide enough. You can also come and go as you want (we left our car parked the whole time, though). The staff is super friendly and between our beginner-level German and some members of the staff who spoke English, there were zero communication problems. Our room was wonderful. Lots of space, nice big wardrobe with many real hangers and clean and spacious bathroom. The view was wonderful and definitely worth it, and the balcony was also nice. The pillows that were there when we arrived were very thin and soft, but after we requested firmer ones, we had 4 wonderful pillows in total. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well. We also had dinner one night at the hotel, and although the prices are a bit steep, the quality is there and the staff, once again, was top notch. We also loved, loved, loved all the flowers at the hotel, especially all the lovely anthuriums at the restaurant and some common areas. The direct access to the lake was what we were mainly looking for and we were not disappointed. Also, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are wonderful (and the water is not cold! the lake water can be freezing). You can also have a light meal and freshly squeezed fruit juices by the pool, which we really enjoyed. Overall, we had a great time and we are definitely coming back. Highly recommended!

Just amazing! The staff (kind, professional, and very helpful), food (Michelin-level), and spa/swimming pool (incredible) all came together to create a fantastic getaway with my husband, and we look forward to visiting again.

The hotel is around an absolutely stunning area with calming woods and sight to the Titisee. It has a very nice kitchen with delicious foods and also a friendly bar with good local drinks (like Black Wood Gin and local beers), where you can release the steam.
