The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. We easily found it by car, but we are not sure about its accessibility with public transport. short distance to the local attractions ( Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles). The staff was very welcoming. We had an upgrade of our room, which was unexpected and brightened our stay. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options, and the dinner menu offered local specialities. We enjoyed the spa facilities: it was quiet in the evenings during the weekend (end of April), but we expect to be busy in other periods.

This 3-star hotel is set in Nesselwang, surrounded by a popular hiking and skiing area and directly opposite the local ski lift. It features free Wi-Fi and a spa area.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, from the hospitality to the staff to the answers to our questions - We even received assistance with translation when needed. KonigsCard is a valuable addition. Although the food was varied, it could have been a little more diverse, the rooms were neat and clean, and our requests were met in full. For three people, the room is a bit small. The only comment we have is about the cleanliness of the pool - it's nice and refreshing to find a "natural" pool, but the slippery bottom and dirt in the water are less suitable for a hotel pool.

Perfect accommodation! A large and well-designed room, a large balcony with a sunbed, two chairs and a table, a view of snowy mountains, a room equipped with modern and high-quality equipment, a large television, wall cabinets and separate toilets and a bathroom. It was excellent! An excellent breakfast with a rich menu and a selection of endless options with maximum freshness! Professional and fun SPA and massage services. The bottom line: complete disconnection from everyday life, rest and pure pleasure! It's a shame that it ended quickly, we'll be back soon!!

Beautiful small hotel with only a few suites. Modern structure tastefully decorated without the tacky pseudo-bavarian kitsch. Well located the the castles within walking distance, but away from the crowds. Practical and secure underground garage, linked by lift. Immaculately clean. Very quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast with fresh products. Helpful reception staff, obtaining tickets for castle visits, avoiding queues We appreciated flexible check-in/ check-out times.
