The opening was last week, although the processes are new and some of the employees don't know them yet, they're very friendly and helpful to find a solution. The combination of young people and experienced make a great team. They really care about satisfaction of their guests. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the relation price - quality is good. The breakfast is excellent. There're options for everyone. The room was very comfortable, although I had window to the street, I didn't hear anything! There's a big parking in front and is closed to the train station, less then 5 minutes walking. I really liked the team, I wish them a successful career in the hotel!

Great location exactly next to Hamburg airport. The hotel staff was very nice, room was extremely clean. I was not able to enjoy the breakfast, but per other reviews it seems to be great. There is excellent connection with S1 to city centre. Big parking place available. Coffee was great!

We went to the Hargenbeck Tierpark that is very near from the hotel, and we bought tickets of the zoo in 20% dicount price. The wall paintings and ornaments are themed around animals and cultures from around the world, so that not only children but also aduts can be interessed in them. Breakfast was also excellent.

This design hotel offers spacious accommodation, parking nearby and a small spa area. It lies in Hamburg's Altona district, a 3-minute walk from Holstenstrasse S-Bahn Train Station.

Great hotel! Very comfortable hotel and the staff was very friendly to my dog, the room service brought us a dog basket and a food and drinking bowl. The room was big and the view was great. It was nice to have a small fridge in the room and I also appreciated the blackout curtains a lot!
