Very helpful and engaged staff members, made us feel very welcome. Room with a direct view to the sea was stunning. A little far from the city center which makes it a perfect place for rest, for you can get everywhere by bus within just 10 minutes. Spacy bed and bathroom, delicious food. Amazing stay!

    Great hospitality, loved the staff and service. The Birthday cake surprise for my mom was a beautiful gesture. The rooms are lovely and clean. What a great hotel to stay in. My mum and I tried the aroma massage, which was so good and relaxing. The beach area is one of the good spots in Alexandria that felt like a pool with no waves.

    Breakfast and the treats , great selection at breakfast, comfortable bed ,many tv channels, front door staff are very professional, security staff excellent ,nice decor especially in the Cigar room,the Swedish massage was so relaxing, thanks to the hotel Manager for organizing and introducing himself.Shuttle bus to the beach was great to have,professional staff who know how to take care of their customers .Thanks to the girl who helped sort out the iron.
