In general, the hotel staff were attentive and professional in their service. I particularly like to mention Jasmine at the reception and Nader at breakfast. It was the first time that a hotel had brought a basket of fruit to the room in the evening. The hotel is well located in a shopping centre and offers an excellent breakfast with a variety of food. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. For me, it was an excellent choice.

Everything about our stay at Cleopatra Hotel Rixos was exceptional. I have stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. The bungalows were spacious and comfortable, the view and the sea were breathtaking, and the facilities were excellent.
