After reading very positive opinions at Booking.com we were expecting a nice hotel, but Vincci hotel has exceeded our expectations. We have spent 7 nights there and there was not even one thing we were not happy about. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with big bathroom and nice taras facing the sea. Food during both, breakfast and dinner was of the top quality with nice variety and high quality products.Service was like Michelin star restaurant. Coffee was very good and before dinner there was always glass of cava offered by the house. Life music makes dinner even more pleasant. Room was nicely made 2 times a day. We really appreciated the sound isolation as we have never heard our neighbours. SPA is not big but well organised and really relaxing. Whole environment of the hotel is nice and relaxing but what really made our stay special was the hospitality. We travel a lot and this level of hospitality is really rear. Since the first step in the reception till our departure we were treated like most welcomed family members. All our requests were treated immediately.There is nothing impossible for these guys and they treat their guests like a royalty. We add Vincci Aleysa to our short list of best hotels.

Large apartment space with plenty of clothing storage. Quiet location and great location. I stayed with my 2 girl friends and it was ideal for a long weekend. There was a small stain on the bedding provided for our sofa bed however we called reception and they provided us with a clean set within 10 minutes. Friendly staff.

I'm delighted with the hotel. I recommend it 100%. Thank you very much for providing early check-in. After a difficult flight, this was very appropriate. The room was clean, I was surprised by the kitchen in the room, fully equipped with everything you need. The area is incredibly beautiful and green. The pools are clean. Animation for children on site and the presence of a children's club were excellent. I would also like to mention the restaurant on site. Very tasty food, good selection of dishes and drinks. And incredibly friendly staff. The prices are excellent, during our vacation we didn’t even want to leave the hotel grounds. I really liked the restaurant staff, very friendly people. I wish the hotel prosperity and of course recommend it to everyone!!!

We travelled from Gibraltar and booked RIWO from the car park when we got there. There was some initial confusion as we wanted to book Holiday Village and within a short space of time that was organised for us. Holiday Village was excellent, very clean and modern. The room itself had a big balcony, kitchen, separate bedroom and it was perfect for us being a family of 4 with an 8 year old and 1 year old. The pool was great, staff were friendly and good fun, the food was really good and choice was excellent for the all inclusive deal. There wasn't much that was not to like and I would highly recommend for families.

    Breakfast was very good well set out with a good selection. Also the SPA was exceptional, pool, steam room and sauna perfect for winding down. Unfortunately I only stayed 2 nights and no availability for the massage - next time I’ll book in advance.

    Hotel room and views were fab.Food was good we only had breakfast included but good selection to pick from just some of hot food wasn't really hot.made to order pancakes and omelettes were good. Room cleaned every day. The girl in the spa was talented she did everything between massage ,hairdressing ,nails . The reception staff were polite and helpful .

    Food was really good and varied daily. The adult-only pool area was excellent and peaceful. The hotel area is really big and clean 👌🏼 One day it rained so we tried the spa area which was really relaxing experience. The saunas were great. Overall, the hotel was very good and I will definitely come again!

    The hotel has a fabulous outdoor pool &bar area and there is also a nice sauna &jaccuzi. There are a few steps at the back which lead directly into the beach, it is less than 10 minute walk to puerto marina & there is it's of shops,bars &restaurants closeby. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious &there was nightly entertainment in the main bar. The buffet breakfast was excellent so much to choose from&the views were stunning.
