The rooms are really cute and clean. Staff are super friendly and attentive. I felt sick before taking a local guided tour outside Addis, so when my guide arrived, the front desk made sure he is aware of my condition. I’ve been to many countries before and stayed mostly 4-5 star hotels, but service at Best Western exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the rooms are sizable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The shower alone is worth staying at this hotel. The bed is also very comfortable and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Airport shuttle is reliable. A fantastic alternative to the big airport hotels.
