The dictionary doesn't contain enough adjectives to describe Les Chambres Romantiques à Aix! My husband and I had the most perfect stay in the Notre suite L'Aixcellence suite. We spent time around the pool and time exploring the surrounding areas. You only have to cross the path to walk through the most beautifully cared for lavender field. Recommend you spend a night on the outside bed starring at the millions of stars. I cannot give enough praise to Damien and his parents for taking such wonderful care of us both. Their warmth and genuine concern that your stay is comfortable and everything you expected is exceptional. I would highly recommend experiencing the breakfast and dinners offered. Thank you and we look forward to our return visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pigonnet! The atmosphere perfectly captures the charm and elegance of Provence — from the beautiful gardens to the peaceful ambiance and refined decor. Everything felt relaxed and authentic. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and we want to give special thanks to Alex, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a real difference. We can highly recommend Hotel Pigonnet to anyone looking for a genuine Provençal experience with outstanding service. By far the best apartment we have stayed in around the world! Anne Clair and Juliette are warm and friendly and helped with anything we needed. Facilities are brilliant and exceed the photos and description provided. Close to everything within Aix and parking was simple and secure.

The breakfast was incredible, very filling and the waiters were very attentive. The pool was unfortunately closed with a protective cover, I think because it was still early spring. We used the couple's massage at the spa, which was wonderful, but I didn't like that we needed to change floors (that is, leave the spa area) to have the massage in an adapted room decorated for couples' massages.

The location of the hotel is very nice. Spa facilities are great. The outdoor pool was not open in December, though. The room is spacious and the breakfast is also very nice. The lobby area is very relaxing with books and various seating areas. Staffs are all very friendly and nice.
