The property is very well situated with easy access to the main tram which runs direct from the airport through to the old town of Nice. Similarly, its 1 street away from the beech front which you can follow all the way to the old town of nice. The apartment is big enough for a couple or single traveller with a 2 seat sofa that could be changed into a bed, a small kitchen area, bathroom and a full super king bed. It was clean and the host was on hand for any questions. The building itself has a door code to get in which adds to the security and there are a few local restaurants and take aways near by if needed, including a local supermarket. The host left chocolate and bubbles which was lovely, along with some staples such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and toilet roll. The décor is modern and stylish with most things you need for a getaway. Overall a great little place which we enjoyed.
