Checkin receptionist absolutely went beyond helpful as we had difficulty getting taxi. Lauren proceeded to apply app to my phone and to show me the 'way to do it'!! Every member of your team was excellent. Breakfast team were spot on..thank you. Grounds absolutely incredible...my daughter and I expected the trees to talk to us.
