Upon request, we were provided with a room on 22nd Floor and the view from the room was beyond words. The welcome at entrance to greetings at Reception, to the entire stay and check out was pleasant.

The room was extremely comfortable, there was great attention to every single detail. Service was flawless and very friendly. The view was amazing, the room was super well equipped and beautifully designed. This by far is my best hotel experience in London. Will be back for sure - we absolutely loved staying here!!

The beds were comfortable. The spa downstairs was absolutely amazing. The food at the restaurant on the 1st floor was delicious, a bit pricey but tasty. The mirrors in the bathrooms and the lighting was amazing.

Most probably the best hotel experience I have had so far in 20 years. Amazing hotel, perfect location next to Hyde Park, beautiful rooms, very very good breakfast. But the best thing about it: the people. Everyone was extremely helpful and the level of the service was the highest possible class. People in reception, doormen, people at the breakfast and of course - bar tenders = everyone was excellent. We were very impressed. And they even take care of small details that remain in clients memory: after checking they brought us hand made cookies and even if we did check-out 06:00 in the morning they organised us tasty take away coffee in 5 minutes. Amazing experience and we will stay there again DEFINITELY.

In London's West End, this 5-star luxury hotel is set in a beautifully preserved Neoclassical building.
