The bed was comfortable and bathroom was okay. The gentlemen working in the reception area (Concierge) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with red hair had outstanding customer service and communication skills. He was also very Professional. He had excellent manners and knows how to treat people with dignity and respect. A special thank you to Dawn, a lady at the reception and Murius, who works at the restaurant. What a brilliant service we have. My mom and I enjoyed breakfast, one of the best traditional English breakfasts, and it gives you a great start to the day regarding food. All staff was lovely and smiling, they made us feel very welcome, and we felt relaxed and at home. We will surely come back.
