We've checked-in at 9:30pm coming from Heathrow Airport to pick-up my sister, upon checking in, we've been greeted by Sydelle with her big smile and welcoming presence. The check in was smooth, easy and was a very pleasant experience with Sydelle being kind and courteous the whole time. She was considerate to the situation of the long journeys my sister took and was very polite and want to thank her for such a wonderful welcome and her professionalism. Please do pass on our thank you as we didn't get the chance to say it again when we checked out.

The proper was on the lake and beautifully decorated. So many thoughtful things for guests from loo paper, shampoo etc in every bathroom to a lovely thoughtful and generous welcome pack of Prosecco, chocolates, coffee pods . Thank you ! Kitchen has loads of crockery and cutlery … everything one would need.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, we stayed during winter but I can only imagine it should be even better during summer. The decor was so nice and cozy, the room was huge and comfortable. The views were so pretty and romantic. The surrounding area was so pretty with some space for nice walks and close to the villages.

We had a lovely one-night stay here. The room is clean and spacious, the staff is very friendly (also to our dog) and helpful. The location is a bit outside the town centre in a quiet area ideal for a relaxing spa hotel. The supper and breakfast were very good. The dog isn’t allowed in the restaurant but we could bring our breakfast to the bar area which was great too; they offered us the menu from the restaurant in the bar area in the evening.
