Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. We needed to change the cot provided as the first one was a bit damaged, but they sent a new one to us immediately. Room was lovely, need very comfortable, facilities great - we ate once in the bar and it was delicious.

I got a free upgrade which I really appreciated. The hotel is classy and luxury with lots of comfort. The perfect place for 2 nights rest during my cycling vacation. The spa is recommended, which is only 10 pound. The staff is really friendly and hospitable. Good breakfast, which is included in the price. Best price/quality rating of my vacation!

The size of the apartment was good for the 4 of us. The staff were all very friendly and you could walk around the complex without having to go outside.
