It was great! The people were very kind and helped explain about the valet parking very calmly. It was great and smooth experience and they were very understanding of our heavy equipment we would need to bring in to our rooms!

It’s a comfortable hotel. It’s near the town center & easy to walkabout. The room is clean & spacious. There is a pool & nice gym. The staff are friendly & helpful. Hotel was very clean, including the swimming pool area, our room.  The staff was extremely friendly on the reception, in the leisure centre and in the restaurant as well. The breakfast was delicious with big variety of food. everything seemed really organised, and  we really enjoyed our stay dot

The facilities are first rate, the spa & leisure centre really good. Location wise it is just beautiful. In the hotel itself the staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. On the front desk, Grace welcomed us and easily responded to (many!) changes we needed for our family wedding group 18! Sandra managed our room needs brilliantly and even helped carry our things to the car. Given our visit was for a family wedding, we had a couple of late nights, and Darren on reception later on was really kind and happy to chat with us and helped in several ways including replacing a non working key card later on! In the Water Side restaurant the staff there were also so kind and helpful with our large family group, Octavia and (forgotten her name!) the young lady getting married in a month or two (!) were especially kind and helpful. But everyone was there too. l

Our stay at White Waters Hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Getting there was easy, and parking was a breeze, which made arriving so much more relaxing. From the moment we walked in, the staff member was warm and welcoming, friendly and happy to help. The room was spotless, well-laid out, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. Waking up to the incredible views of the River Dee was just the cherry on top—it’s absolutely breathtaking! The hotel itself is nice, and the pool was a great place to unwind. Everything just felt effortless and enjoyable, exactly what you want from a stay like this. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for more, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
