Everything was handled in the blink of an eye. You barely finish asking for something, and the staff is already on it—so helpful and efficient. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. Honestly, everything about this hotel is amazing. I highly recommend it!

The location of the hotel is outstanding. The best way to disconnect from the noise of the city life. All you can see is the nature around you and the beautiful beaches. Spacious and clean rooms. The staff was kind and very helpful. Our stay worthes the money paid. In addition to that, the spa treatments were soothing and relaxing. Helpful staff. Great views of the Black Sea. Sky bar with best burger bbq pork ribs and prawn salad. Restaurant with great khinkhalis and tolma. Archie at the reception upgraded us to a junior suite. Large buffet breakfast with various options.
