Spa Hotels in Adelianos Kampos

Luxury indeed! We booked an Executive Suite Sea Front with Private Pool and it was everything we hoped it would be! Room extremely clean and comfortable, the pool just next to some grass and then the beach. Perfect! The staff was also fantastic. Very helpful from the start to finish, every each one of them make you feel welcome and special by being helpful without bothering you. They were accommodating and eager, always appreciated in a 5 star hotel. You can feel the hotel is new, everything works and isn't worn out. The main pool seem nce and fun enough, even if we didn't use it. The main restaurant (included in the Half-Pension rate) is pretty good. No fine gourmet but frankly, I prefer a diverse and fresh buffet for breakfast and dinner than fine dining. There are 2 other à la carte restaurant that also organize special nights, but we didn't try them. The beach is a mix of sand and pebbles (you'll need swimming shoes to go in comfortably) and extends very far. So even if the hotel doesn't organize anything special, you can easily find activities to do a bit further. Be aware that there can be a lot of wind and currents : swimming was forbidden for 3 days for us. All in all a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel, would recommend without hesitation!

- from the moment you arrive, until the moment you leave, the staff make you feel like a VIP and the luxurious, tastefully decorated surroundings contribute to that feeling; - you are always greeted with a smile, which prompted the question: who smiles all the time without faking it? I certainly couldn't do it on a daily basis for a few months in a row; the fact is that Cretans seem to have a hospitality sense far above your average human and in many instances I could feel that their smiles and positive energy came from the heart and not from the job description; shoutout to LITSA, SOULA, CONSTANTINA and VASILIKI who made us feel at home and cared for; - restaurant/staff managers were always there, working with the team, lending them a hand and making sure the service stays high quality, which speaks volumes in terms of leadership standards; shoutout to ALEX, manager of the lunch bar, and his colleague, the manager of the restaurant, for all the pleasant interactions and for all their hard work; - three impeccable professionals handling the kid's club: MENY, MARIA and ELIZABETH kept the kids entertained the whole day long and even took them to lunch (which is included for the kids); - great functional and TRX training circuits lead by KARINA; - the room we had (located in the main building with private garden) was large, superbly furnished and provided quick access through its garden directly to the pool area, but also to the private beach (sunbeds and towels included); - impeccable room cleaning service, no compromises whatsoever; - high quality evening entertainment: tenors, violin, quality live music, not loud, but gentle and cultivated, up until 22 P.M., after which - silence, which was greatly appreciated, as it allowed everyone to rest; - rich and delicious breakfast and dinner buffets with tasty egg specials every morning; - great salt water pool; - you could always find unoccupied sunbeds at the beach and pool irrespective of the time of day;

Amazing hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Always asking if we need something or if everything is okay. There was plenty of options at breakast, lunch and dinner and food quality was top notch! Rooms were clean and beautiful. Bed was great! Slept so well my whole stay there. Whole hotel had unique atmosphere and decor. Beach close in walking distance. We will be back here for sure!

Amazing main pool, in October it was heated to very comfortable temperature. Hotel straight on the beach, lots of space on the beach and terrace above. Great service and very friendly staff. Really good food, best buffet restaurant ever. Also good options for vegetarians and vegan options. Al la carte also good especially wonderful Agreco farm for Greek food and Asia white for sushi. Other guests high class, respectful, quiet, making buffet dinners and spending time a the pool a pleasure even if full. The whole resort is very child friendly as well, great for families with kids. We had family room with sea view which was amazing to wake up to views of the sea and horizon. Free parking, very easy, plenty of space across the street from the hotel.

An absolutely wonderful place with exceptional service and delicious food. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
