Our recent stay at the InterContinental Crete was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea view room, which set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is modern, luxurious, and recently built, with elegant design touches that create a serene and upscale atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms exudes comfort and sophistication. We were especially impressed by the abundant and delicious breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing on the sunbeds by the infinity pools on the 5th and 9th floors. The pools offer breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea and a calm, peaceful ambiance that's ideal for unwinding. To top it all off, the hotel kindly accommodated our request for a late checkout, allowing us to enjoy just a bit more time in this beautiful setting. This is the second time we have stayed at Naiades Marina Hotel. This time it was our wending anniversary so we went for a room with a SPA. The SPA was positioned on a private balcony and was ideal. Monique was very helpful helping sort out some flowers and the other decorations they provided in the room were really good.

The resort was awesome! Apart from the private pool rooms, the rest of the rooms are really good too. There is music during the night, the buffet is espectacular and there are many facilities, like a small supermarket. You can enjoy the different swimming pools and you can reserve different trips to discover amazing places in Crete too. The cleaning ladies were really nice too, it was a pleasure to meet them. Really recommend it!

It was all truly amazing! The staff were very nice and helpful, the food was super tasty and varied. There was a selection of both vegan and non-vegan dishes. The room.... something else! We had our own privatw little pool and an excellent view of the sea and Spinalogka. Totally recommended!

We arrived and they gave us a free update to a truly stunning suite with the most beautiful view that was really appreciated! We dined at the restaurant which was good, but nothing exceptional. Breakfast on the other hand was really good. They have a beautiful private beach that’s very well kept, quiet and comfortable. The whole staff was very kind and attentive (shoutout to Despina and Izmael from the reception team!). Will dream of this place for a long time!
